Born in India, based in Philadelphia. I've spent 15 years making complex things simple and helping teams do their best work. Today I'm UX Strategy Lead at Vanguard, shaping how people start investing, and the AI Champion for our UX organization.
Most of my work is getting teams with competing priorities pointed in the same direction. One example: leadership wanted to reuse our member-facing chatbot for call center agents. My research proved this would fail. I presented to the steering committee and changed the product direction. That tool is now in enterprise rollout.
I lead with curiosity, ask a lot of questions, and care deeply about craft. I bring the same attention to detail to enterprise UX that I bring to planning trips or getting a recipe just right.
